4D Imaging of the Embryonic Zebrafish Heart Development

This 80 hpf Tg(gata1:GFP) zebrafish, counterstain with Bodipy dye (in gray), was imaged on an LSM 5 LIVE confocal microscope (Carl Zeiss GmbH) and rendered with Imaris software (Bitplane AG).
